
Aidan Potter is a founding director of John McAslan + Partners, and has led the Urban Design and Infrastructure unit since 2004. He has worked on most of the practice’s biggest national and international projects, in both design and management roles. Aidan’s key schemes include the King’s Cross station redevelopment, Marble Arch regeneration, Birmingham New Street station, the massive Oxford Road Corridor scheme in Manchester, two large regeneration projects in Moscow, and proposed urban redevelopments in Brighton, Canterbury and Haywards Heath. His urban and masterplanning projects have been published in leading journals, and exhibited and awarded at the Royal Academy, RIBA, Royal Scottish Academy, Architecture Foundation, Institute of Contemporary Art in London and Boston, and at L’Arsenal in Paris. He is a visiting critic at institutions including the London School of Economics, the Architectural Association, and Edinburgh School of Art.
