Campden Hill

JMP was asked to develop a design proposal for Grosvenor and Native Land to build a BREEAM Excellent, luxury residential block in Campden Hill, one of London’s most exclusive residential districts.
The proposal provides 16,560 sqm of usable residential accommodation, all of which overlooks private, south-facing landscaped gardens, including mature trees with good orientation and natural daylighting.
JMP examined options which comply with all key planning characteristics of the approved scheme but offer more flexibility in terms of phasing, unit size, numbers, and mix, providing a different character more in line with the existing residential vernacular of the local context.
The combination of the new contemporary buildings and gardens finished in high quality natural materials will create a landmark development for this outstanding location.
