This two storey development for Lancaster University provides Grizedale college with new social and meeting facilities focused around the Grizedale Bar. It gives the college a fresh modern identity within the context of the existing University. As well as the split level bar area, the building also includes meeting rooms, offices, a junior common room, and porter’s offices. Importantly, the project acts as a link from the University's major "spine" route to newly completed residential accommodation.
